“Much like gratitude, I firmly believe we need a kindness practice. A practice in which we learn to see with our hearts and act from a place of compassion. As the Dalai Lama says, “Be kind whenever possible. It is always possible.” Through practicing radical kindness—toward ourselves, with loved ones, and to the world at large—we can transform ourselves, our neighborhood, and our world for the better.”
Hi! Thank you very much to everyone that shared their #RadicalKindness” messages on social media this past week.
These 5 random winners have been randomly chosen & will each receive a signed copy of “RADICAL KINDNESS; The Life-Changing Power of Giving & Receiving”:
Rebecca @beckbeckboo:
“I actually enjoy doing random acts of kindness with my daughter. Teaching the next generation to be kind is so important. When she was 2 we began giving out Valentine’s to people all over town & it is now a tradition”
Oscar’s mom @oscarbeaglesmom:
“I saw #RadicalKindness when one of my 4 yr old Special Ed students (who barely talks) was comforting another student when crying. He was patting his back saying “It’s okay.”
JT Kaltreider @GreatDayMisterK:
“My students and I learned sign language to be able to communicate with a custodian at our school who is deaf. It’s our favorite part of the day!”
TimTheNerd @TimTheNerdTV:
“I always greet my preschool students with a hug and a smile”
Matt Hiltner @Jumpman256:

Congratulations!!
I’m a grandma to six and I have tried to show them how important it is, to be kind.
Years ago, we formed a club (Etote Begnini) where we all tried to be king to each other and be more aware of the kind acts we witnessed around us every day.
After all these years, one of us just has to whisper the words, “estote begnini”, and we know that a kindness has been noted.
My eldest grandchild is 14 and the youngest is 4 months old. I hope that they will continue to be kind even when I am no longer with them.
Thank you for spreading the word! (And the kindness!)
By the way, I made up the words, estote begnini…I thought they sounded a bit Latin and reflected their interest in the Harry Potter series.
That’s so very nice!!! I love it!! You sound like an incredible (& kind) Grandma!! Thanks for your message..and the Latin lesson 🙂
